Faulkner County Divorce Records

Divorce records originate from dissolution proceedings initiated by spouses to end their marriage. These proceedings are filed in the Faulkner County Circuit Court, Domestic Relations Division, which presides over all family law matters brought to the county’s judicial system. In 2024, Faulkner County received 729 divorce filings, comprising 699 regular divorce cases and 30 divorce cases involving support matters [Arkansas Judiciary Statistical Summary to the Annual Report, 2024].

Members of the public can view or copy divorce records (orders, judgments, and other case documents/information) in Faulkner per the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act and Administrative Order No. 19. Access is available through the ARCourts online portal or through the Circuit Clerk’s Office. Fees are charged to the requester for copy requests.

Note that records made confidential by law or court order-sensitive personal identifiers, financial account details, minor children’s information, financial statements, medical and similar records-can only be viewed or copied by an eligible party.
